Jarrow Formulas® Bromelain is a protein-digesting (proteolytic) enzyme extracted from pineapple sap and stem. Bromelain helps with stimulation of immunological responses, and the improvement of the digestion of macronutrients (e.g. carbohydrates, proteins and lipids).
