Reduced Glutathione is a natural compound made in the body from the amino acids glutamic acid, glycine and cysteine.  It is crucial for scavenging damaging free radicals, it works particularly in the cells of the kidneys, liver, intestines and lungs.  Glutathione binds to toxins and removes them from the body before they can cause further damage, this is part of the cellular detoxifying process.
