Lutein and Zeaxanthin are natural antioxidant carotenoids found in dark green leafy vegetables. Lutein helps with maintenance of normal vision and protection of the skin from UV-induced (including photo-oxidative) damage. Zeaxanthin helps with protection of DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage.
