The Contract of Sale
We must receive payment for the whole of the price for the goods that you order including any delivery charges before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us *we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided when you registered. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Only adults aged 18 years and over are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and therefore only adults are allowed to transact business through this website. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contacts are prohibited from ordering goods on this website. If you are not 18 you DO NOT qualify and you must NOT use this website. By ordering on this website you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or older and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
Product Pricing
The prices payable for goods ordered from this website are as set out in the website. These prices are exclusive to the website and goods ordered from Health Interlink by any other method other than through the website may vary from those published on this website.
All our charges are in UK Pounds Stirling (£ UK ) any other currency that may be displayed on the website is for comparison only. You will be billed in £UK and if you purchase from outside the UK currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount subsequently billed on your credit card statement.
You may be required to pay an additional delivery charge if you are ordering from outside the UK and it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract with us for goods you have ordered at any time up to the end of the seventh working day (i.e. not Saturday or Sunday) from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us by email to our email address info@health-interlink.com .
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. All tamper proof seals and original packaging must be intact. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information given to us by our suppliers
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Delivery of Goods
We will arrange to deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make the order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted; we normally aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours and in any event within 30 days of your order.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you which is taken to mean when they leave our premises. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Health Interlink make no promise that goods sold on this website are appropriate or available for use in all locations worldwide and accessing the website from those territories where its content is illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this website you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Liability
If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at our contact address of the problem within 37 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation to you will be at your option:-
- To make good any shortage or non-delivery.
- To replace any goods that are damaged or defective.
- To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause c. above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude our limit of liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of the carrier or Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
At our discretion, we may accept the return of delivered goods for up to 30 days after the date you ordered them provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. Before we can authorise the return to us of delivered goods you must email us at our contact address stating the condition of the goods and the reason you wish to return them. When you receive a return authorisation from us you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the date the goods in question were ordered.
Once you have notified us of your intention to return the goods to us any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account LESS A 15% RE-STOCKING CHARGE as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods, PROVIDED THAT the goods are received in a resalable condition. If you do not return the goods to us no refund will be made to you. If you return the goods to us but do not pay the costs of delivery and any associated import or customs charges that may be levied, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. If the returned goods are received by us in a non saleable condition no refund will be made to you.
We are unable to accept returns of any probiotics.
Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent by email to our contact address at info@health-interlink.com and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control including without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, act of terrorism or accident.
Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
Third Party Rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
Governing Law
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our website prices, delivery details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person or employee on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
We make no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on this website.
