Lamberts® Vitamin D 400iu provides 10µg of this important nutrient in the preferred D3 form and at a strength that is being recommended by the Department of Health for the following groups of people: pregnant and breastfeeding women all adults over the age of 65 years anyone not exposed to much sun. These are small, easy to swallow tablets, which are made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Our bodies obtain vitamin D from two sources, our diet and from the action of sunlight on our skin which drives the natural production within the body.
