Are you getting enough B Vits?

A recent Irish study (from the Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (TILDA)  has found many over 50 year old’s are deficient in vitamin B12 and folate.

  • 1 in 8 adults are deficient in B12
  • 1 in 7 deficient in folate
