Spring has finally arrived.

The dark nights are finally behind us and the lighter evenings bring with them the promise of Summer.  Daffodils and snowdrops awaken from their slumber and so begins one of the most beautiful seasons of the year.

Taking in the beauty of our surroundings, walking in the fresh cool air, feeling the wind and sun on our skin can be a tonic to the soul and also have positive affects on our mental health.

Arrange to meet up with a friend, take the family dog out, or walk  ‘around the block’ are enjoyable and great forms of exercise.

Look after your body and it will look after you.
